Publisher Terms

Application and Approval

Publisher registration does not guarantee approval or access to any advertiser programme. Linkarrot may request identity, business, ownership, audience, traffic-source, and promotional method information before or after activation. Publishers must keep this information accurate.

Programme Access

Publishers may only promote campaigns made available to their account and must comply with all advertiser, upstream platform, and Linkarrot requirements. Approval for one campaign does not imply approval for another campaign or promotional method.

Tracking and Attribution

Publishers must use approved tracking links and must not alter, obscure, overwrite, or manipulate tracking. Linkarrot may record publisher identifiers, click references, referring sources, devices, and transaction information for reporting and compliance purposes.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions remain pending until validated and paid by the relevant advertiser or upstream platform. Cancelled, returned, duplicated, fraudulent, untracked, or reversed transactions are not payable. Payment timing may vary by programme, validation period, and upstream receipt.

Compliance and Cooperation

Publishers must respond to reasonable compliance requests and provide traffic-source or promotional evidence when requested. Linkarrot may pause links, restrict campaigns, withhold disputed amounts, reverse commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary.

No Nested Subnetworks

Publishers may not operate another subnetwork, broker Linkarrot campaign access to undisclosed third parties, or allow unapproved parties to use their account unless all relevant parties have provided express written approval.
