Subnetwork and Compliance Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Operating Model
Linkarrot operates as an independent affiliate sub-network. It reviews publishers, facilitates access to eligible advertiser programmes through approved upstream relationships, consolidates reporting, and processes eligible publisher payments after upstream validation and receipt.
Publisher Identification
Approved publishers receive unique internal identifiers. Linkarrot records relevant click, referral, media-property, and transaction information and supplies source-level information to advertisers or upstream platforms where required and technically supported.
Vetting and Monitoring
Applications may be reviewed for identity, business information, media ownership, content quality, audience relevance, traffic sources, promotional methods, geography, and compliance history. Approved accounts remain subject to ongoing monitoring and re-review.
Advertiser and Network Rules
Programme-specific restrictions take precedence over general platform permissions. Publishers must follow rules concerning paid search, trademarks, coupons, incentives, email, software, social promotion, geography, disclosures, and creative usage.
Investigations and Response
Linkarrot may review publisher records, click identifiers, referring URLs, promotional evidence, and available transaction data. It may cooperate with advertisers and upstream platforms and take corrective action including restrictions, reversals, suspension, or termination.
No Nested Subnetworks
Undisclosed nested subnetworks and resale of campaign access are prohibited. Any exception must be expressly reviewed and approved in writing by Linkarrot and every other relevant party.
Reporting Concerns
Advertisers, networks, publishers, and rights holders can report suspected violations through the Linkarrot contact page or the configured compliance contact displayed in the website footer.
