Contracting Entity

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Linkarrot Inc, which operates the Linkarrot website, platform, and related services. Additional publisher, advertiser, campaign, or programme terms may also apply.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and be authorised to act for any business or media property you submit. You are responsible for account security and all activity performed through your credentials. Registration does not guarantee approval, continued access, or access to any campaign.

Platform Role

Linkarrot operates as an independent affiliate sub-network. It may review publishers, facilitate access to eligible advertiser programmes through upstream relationships, provide tracking and reporting tools, and process eligible publisher payments after transaction validation and upstream receipt.

Campaign and Programme Access

Campaign availability is approval-based and may change at any time. You may only promote programmes assigned to your account and only through disclosed and permitted media properties, traffic sources, territories, creatives, and promotional methods. Advertiser and upstream platform terms take precedence where they are more restrictive.

Tracking and Reporting

You must use approved tracking links and may not alter, conceal, overwrite, interfere with, or manipulate attribution. Reporting is provided as available and may be delayed, corrected, reconciled, or reversed based on advertiser or upstream platform data. Linkarrot does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free attribution.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions remain pending until the relevant advertiser or upstream platform validates and pays the transaction. Cancelled, returned, duplicated, fraudulent, untracked, non-compliant, or reversed transactions are not payable. Payment methods, thresholds, currencies, deductions, and cycles may vary and are shown in applicable account or programme terms.

Acceptable Use and Compliance

You must comply with applicable law, advertising disclosure requirements, the Acceptable Use Policy, Publisher Terms, programme rules, and reasonable compliance requests. Linkarrot may investigate activity, request evidence, restrict campaigns, withhold disputed amounts, reverse affected commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate access.

Intellectual Property

Linkarrot Inc and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and original content. Third-party advertiser, network, product, and service names and materials remain the property of their respective owners and may only be used as permitted by applicable programme terms.

Privacy and Data

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. To operate affiliate services, Linkarrot may process and share relevant publisher, click, traffic-source, transaction, compliance, and payment information with advertisers, upstream platforms, service providers, advisers, and authorities where required.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Linkarrot may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for policy breaches, fraud risk, inaccurate information, non-cooperation, advertiser or upstream instructions, legal requirements, security concerns, or discontinued services. Obligations concerning payments, records, intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Linkarrot does not guarantee approval, campaign availability, advertiser acceptance, conversion volume, commission rates, revenue, uptime, tracking completeness, or payment of unvalidated transactions. Linkarrot Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and Contact

Linkarrot Inc may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or legal notices can be submitted through the contact page or the legal contact shown in the website footer.
